Resolved

The issue has now been resolved, and normal service has been fully restored. AWS has confirmed that DynamoDB in the US-EAST-1 region is operating normally again, and all Bytescale systems are back to full functionality.

AWS DynamoDB in the US-EAST-1 region — a core dependency for both the Bytescale API and CDN — is currently experiencing a service outage. This issue is impacting many services across the internet.

Bytescale's job queues are now fully functional. All underlying AWS service degradation issues relating to this event have now been resolved.

Bytescale’s job queue—which powers asynchronous operations such as the Video API, Audio API, Antivirus API, and batch file/folder processing—is currently experiencing delays due to an ongoing service degradation in AWS’s US-EAST-1 region affecting AWS Lambda and SQS. Jobs/asynchronous operations may take longer to complete than normal.
